Moonlight Quartet

Moonlight Quartet is a set of four mooncakes, each offering a unique twist on tradition:

• Chicken X.O. - Our take on the classic thập cẩm, filled with roasted chicken, dried fish, X.O. sauce, and a homemade salted egg yolk. Contains shellfish.
• Young Sticky Rice Coconut (snow skin) - Young sticky rice, or cốm in Vietnamese, is a special treat from Northern Vietnam. Its distinctive fragrance and texture, along with pandan and young coconut, make a perfect mooncake filling.
• Pineapple Mint - A refreshing and summery flavor! Mung bean filling is infused with mint tea, plus homemade pineapple jam in the middle.
• Red Beans Jujube - A slightly different take on a traditional filling. Buttery red beans with the naturally sweet and delicate flavor of jujube.

Mooncakes, bánh Trung Thu in Vietnamese, are special treats during the Mid-Autumn festival. Our mooncakes are handmade from scratch with the best ingredients brought from Việt Nam. The fillings are not too sweet, and our cakes don't have preservatives or additives.
