Policy

Please pick up your order during the time listed above. We are not able to hold orders for a different pick up time.

We are not responsible for keeping your order after the assigned time without prior arrangement. The order is not refundable if you do not show up for your pick up at the agreed time and location.

Shipping Information

Shipping Dates

Mid-Autumn 2026 will fall on September 25, 2026.

We will start shipping orders on a rolling basis unless specifically requested for a different date. For example, if you order from August 31st to September 3rd, your order will be shipped on September 7th. Please find our specific ship-out dates below.

  • September 7th
  • September 14th
  • September 21st

The weekly cut-off for shipping is every Thursday at 3:00 PM EST.

Any orders received after the specified date and time will be shipped out the following week.

September 21st will be the last day to receive mooncakes before Mid-Autumn. Place your order by 3:00 PM EST on Thursday, September 17th.

We are not responsible for any spoilage or refunds if you don’t follow our storage instructions. 

Policy

We use USPS Priority Mail with a flat rate of $15 (for medium box), $21 (for large box) within the 48 contiguous states. Don't hesitate to get in touch with us for the shipping fee to Hawaii. Each medium box can fit two mooncake boxes.

Returns and refunds are not acceptable. Please carefully read our Storage Instructions and enter the correct shipping address before placing an order.

If the shipping address is entered incorrectly due to your error, unfortunately, we are not responsible for any loss or return to senders. 

Once USPS picks up the package, we're not responsible for any carrier-related issues.

Our mooncakes are made fresh with no preservatives or additives. It means that they cannot be left at room temperature for an extended time. If you encounter any issues, please contact us within 48 hours of the stamped delivery time by USPS. We are not responsible for any spoilage after that.
