• At room temperature: Mooncakes will stay fresh for up to 5 days from the day you receive them.
• In the refrigerator: Mooncakes will stay fresh for an additional 3 days.
• In the freezer: Mooncakes can be frozen for up to one month. 
• Re-heating instructions: If you refrigerate or freeze mooncakes, allow them to return to room temperature before consuming. To reheat, place mooncakes in an oven at 320°F for 5 minutes. Adjust the re-heating time as needed based on your oven's temperature.
• Snow skin mooncakes must be consumed within 4 days. They cannot be refrigerated, frozen, or re-heated.
